Position Title: Vice President and Head of Global Commercial Marketing, Point of Care
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/Week
Summary of Duties Lead product line vision and strategy for all Siemens Diagnostics POC products. Work with POC leadership team to drive company strategy. Successfully drive revenue growth across franchise product & platforms. Develop and manage the product roadmap. Define launch timelines and release goals. Build a deep understanding of our users through market research, customer interviews, and usage studies. Develop and execute a high‑level sales and marketing strategy to better meet new customer needs and requirements—with the objective of both expanding business with current accounts and penetrating new markets and customers. Develop and maintain high‑level business relationships with key decision makers, KOLs or market segments. Communicate and get cross‑team buy‑in and relevant approvals on product vision and roadmap. Build and maintain efficient product management process. Manage R&D and commercial teams in a matrix setup. Act as a single point of contact for countries and zones for all topics including commercial, product lifecycle and supply chain topics. Manage the targets and help sales teams achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Qualifications
Master’s in Business Administration or a related field with ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or a similar role.
Ten (10) years of product experience with demonstrated experience scaling a high‑growth business.
Five (5) years of experience managing point‑of‑care products in the healthcare diagnostics industry and direct team management in point‑of‑care diagnostics.
Experience with analytical skills working with data to make product decisions, gathering and analyzing data related to product performance, customer feedback, and market trends; using data insights to inform product strategy; working with technical and commercial teams to help prioritize or make trade‑offs on product features and enhancements; strong technical background in point‑of‑care medical device technologies and ability to negotiate with engineering teams.
