We’re hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to help drive our rapidly expanding customer advocacy and storytelling engine. This role sits at the heart of some of the most strategic programs: customer campaigns, narrative moments, high-visibility product and enterprise launches, and our growing pipeline of customer stories, films, and advocacy efforts.

You’ll work across functions to source, shape, and activate customer proof; partner closely with Account Directors on frontline needs; and orchestrate the programs that turn customer impact into external advocacy.

This is a strategic, highly cross-functional role that drives the frontline and programmatic side of customer advocacy. You will own customer storytelling pipelines, support customer marketing programs, partner with ADs on customer readiness and expectation-setting and ensure high-quality execution across campaigns and content.

What You’ll Do Customer Story & Advocacy Pipeline

Run the day-to-day nominations and intake process, partnering with ADs and CSMs to source, assess, and advance customer story opportunities.

Set and manage expectations with customers and ADs throughout the process, including feedback cycles, timelines, and required inputs.

Ensure clarity and follow-through across shifting priorities, production needs, and customer deliverables.

Work with Creative and Production to streamline pre-production inputs, manage customer feedback loops, and keep stories on track.

Support high-priority vertical pushes with customer proof, case studies, testimonials, and narrative alignment.

Partner with PMM and Comms to shape customer angles in enterprise announcements, campaigns, product launches, and industry moments.

Build structured customer engagement pathways for upcoming customer marketing campaigns and large-scale narrative pushes.

Coordinate customer participation in films, spotlights, events, webinars, and content programs, ensuring a consistent, premium advocate experience.

Drive follow-up, expectation-setting, and communication for customers involved in high-visibility storytelling or campaign moments.

Maintain a strong feedback loop with ADs to ensure frontline needs are understood and translated into programmatic improvements.

Internal Alignment & Narrative Coherence

Work across GTM, PMM, Comms, Creative, and Events to ensure customer stories ladder into one cohesive enterprise narrative.

Contribute to campaign planning for enterprise moments and events

Ensure customer proof is accurate, up to date, and woven into the broader campaign

Program Structure & Clarity

Translate inputs from ADs, PMM, Creative, and Production into clear program structures, timelines, and next steps.

Identify bottlenecks in customer storytelling workflows and help streamline cross-functional processes.

Required Skills:

5–8+ years in Customer Marketing, PMM, Content Marketing, or integrated GTM programs.

Skilled at turning customer stories, signals, and proof points into compelling narratives and structured programs.

Strong cross-functional communicator with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and move work forward.

Comfortable partnering directly with Sales/ADs and engaging with customers.

Excellent project leader who can manage multiple high-visibility stories and deadlines at once.
