As a senior designer on the Talent, Data, and Intelligence Team, you will lead design from exploration to polished prototypes, simplify complex AI services into intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with engineers and product managers across India and the US.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the end‑to‑end design of applied AI use cases—from ideation to production prototypes.
Shape the developer experience for the Agentic AI platform, designing components, patterns, and workflows that accelerate AI adoption.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define AI‑powered features and ensure they look, feel, and function well.
Translate complex AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks) into clear, human‑centered experiences.
Build and evolve design systems and reusable patterns for AI experiences across Okta.
Mentor other designers, sharing best practices for designing with emerging AI technologies.
Work closely with India‑ and US‑based teams as part of a global design and engineering effort.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of product design experience, including significant work on complex enterprise applications or AI/ML‑driven products.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates human‑centered design solutions for technical or ambiguous problem spaces.
Expertise in interaction design, UX, and prototyping; ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant solutions.
Experience designing for developer platforms or technical tools is a strong plus.
Comfortable collaborating with engineers and product managers on cutting‑edge AI use cases.
Excellent communication skills and influence across global teams.
Passion for shaping how AI is experienced in secure, enterprise‑ready environments.
