to life across the U.S. through bold field marketing, culturally relevant consumer engagement, and strong sales alignment.

What You’ll Do Consumer Engagement Planning & Programming (60%)
Lead national and regional field marketing strategies that boost consumer engagement and fuel brand growth.
Define and manage KPIs across all field and consumer-facing initiatives.
Develop scalable BTL and field marketing playbooks to guide teams across multiple markets.
Elevate local activation moments to national visibility.
Serve as the central communication link between internal/external partners and the brand team.
Identify, source, and build partnerships that unlock unique activation opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with cultural partners to establish Costa Coffee where culture is being created.
People Leadership & Agency Resource Management (20%)
Serve as Agency Council Lead across multiple agency partners, aligning resources for maximum impact.
Guide internal teams and agency partners by setting clear expectations, goals, and success metrics.
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure accountability and growth.
Budget Management & Admin (10%)
Oversee regional budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Negotiate terms with partners and vendors.
Conduct ROI evaluations to measure and improve program performance.
Field Sales Enablement (10%)
Collaborate closely with Regional Bottler teams to accelerate volume, velocity, visibility, and trial.
Connect Field Sales and Field Marketing strategies for seamless market execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Based in
Atlanta
with on-site presence required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Health & Wellness, or related field.
5+ years of Field Marketing or Brand Marketing experience (beverage alcohol or CPG preferred).
Strong budget management and financial accountability skills.
Experience in project management and/or event planning.
Prior team management and training experience required.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and research tools.
Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
Strong relationship-management skills.
Salary:
$90,000 - $100,000
10% annual bonus opportunity
