The Search & Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for optimizing online advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive traffic and conversions. This role involves managing paid search and performance marketing activities to boost online visibility and sales for our retail business.
You will:
Assist in the planning and execution of paid search (SEA) and performance marketing campaigns
Analyze data and spot opportunities across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and price comparison platforms
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation
Work with product feeds and tools like Channable or ProductsUp for Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
Generate insightful reports and recommend improvements based on campaign performance
Stay current with digital marketing trends and turn insights into action
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proficient in the English language
Certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics is desirable
Ideally has experience with feed management tools such as Channable or Productsup
Knowledge of SEA principles and practices
Familiarity with e‑commerce and retail industry trends
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present findings
