We are expanding our in‑house creative team and seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who thrives in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment. You will work on a wide range of projects across print, digital, and experiential mediums. You’ll collaborate daily with a team of passionate, professional creatives, and you’ll be tasked with taking on varied design challenges.
What You’ll Do
Update and refine marketing materials to support product launches, trade shows, and customer communications, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign goals
Design and produce print and digital collateral—including brochures, product sheets, presentations, and experiential design projects—that showcase technical products and manufacturing capabilities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to support integrated marketing initiatives and ensure visual consistency across channels
Prepare accurate, production‑ready files for internal and external use, and maintain organized digital asset libraries for easy access and version control
Balance creative design with technical accuracy, project timelines, and manufacturing constraints
Deliver high‑quality visuals across a range of formats, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company branding standards
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones
What You Bring
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, engineering, or industrial marketing teams
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles, with the ability to apply them to technical and product‑focused materials
Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities across various mediums and applications
Key Strengths & Skills
Strong desire to grow creatively and technically through continuous learning
Initiative in problem‑solving and approaches projects with ownership and accountability
Curiosity about AI‑enhanced design workflows, including generative tools and automation
Stays informed on emerging trends, new software, and evolving design practices
Communicates clearly and professionally, with the ability to receive and apply feedback effectively
Adapts easily to shifting priorities and collaborates well across teams and disciplines
Maintains excellent attention to detail and consistently follows brand guidelines across all deliverables
