Base pay range $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global Location: St. Louis MO - 4 days onsite per week Duration: 12 month contract As a part of the Product Team, this role contributes to the production of scalable advertising sales solutions. A successful Designer will turn customer insights into compelling visual and interactive experiences. Must Haves 3+ years of visual design experience 2+ years of experience with a SaaS company Linear or Digital advertising experience Experience working directly with product, engineering, and QA teams Knowledge of collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence Experience with design systems like Figma or Sketch Effective interpersonal and formal communications skills Experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word Candidate should Be detail-oriented Thrive in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly Document all processes, iterate and improve on them as necessary Be a strong team player but still a self-starter Day to day Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions. Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates. Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements. Compensation $40/hr to $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
