WW Content Strat. & Analytics, Prime Video Licensing, Analytics, Operations, and Strategy (LASO)
Prime Video is seeking a creative, savvy and analytically-minded digital content executive to join the content acquisition team as a Content Insight Analyst. This Analyst will perform quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of our SVOD, TVOD, AVOD content licensing activities with major studios and major TV network groups for Prime Video and Prime Video Direct in US and international locales. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who has strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail, an ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, is cool under pressure and is able to analyze large data sets to discover insights from data. S/he must be able to clearly and concisely communicate thoughts and ideas, both written and verbally, operate in a fast-paced environment and think outside of his/her direct sphere of responsibility.
Key job responsibilities
Strong experience in writing SQL queries, building Quicksight dashboards, and superior excel skills.
Write high-quality, detailed and data-supported content strategy documents which are presented to senior executives.
Audit business metrics, perform deep dive analysis on problems to understand root causes and making decisions based on data.
Partner with internal Finance/Content Analytics teams to help continuously improve the internal tools, and models that are used to assess and to predict the customer engagement value of different types of content.
Perform analysis which quantifies the impact that different TV series and/or movies will have on customer engagement.
AI-Driven Enhancements for Prime Video & Prime Video Direct: Develop and implement AI-powered strategies to enhance content moderation, rights management, and policy enforcement for self-submitted content.
AI Integration in Content Review Process: Leverage AI and machine learning to streamline and improve the efficiency of content review processes for Prime Video & Prime Video Direct submissions.
Prompt Engineering for Content Analysis: Design and optimize AI prompts specifically for analyzing and categorizing self-submitted content, ensuring compliance with platform policies and industry standards.
Maintain a can-do attitude and willingness and flexibility to solve problems at short notice, using any tools necessary.
About The Team This team sits at the heart of Prime Video's licensing business and has ownership/insights across all of Prime Video's business lines (SVOD, TVOD, AVOD, etc) and all territories. You will be joining a team with high visibility to Prime Video leadership and high impact to the business.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with SQL.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of account management, business development, content licensing or finance experience.
Base pay range $78,200.00/yr - $167,200.00/yr
