Job Summary We are seeking a Senior UX Writer with strong Technical Writing experience & skilled in delivering clear, accessible, and inclusive content for digital products to enhance user interaction and experience. The ideal candidate will simplify complex concepts, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and adhere to accessibility and consistency standards. This role demands a detail-oriented writer who contributes to shaping product usability and clarity for diverse, global audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Write and edit user-centric Technical writing content across product interfaces.
Ensure all content meets accessibility standards for inclusive experiences.
Collaborate with design, product, and program management teams for consistency.
Support internationalization efforts for global audience engagement.
Develop and maintain internal documentation and style guides.
Must-Have Skills
4-5 years of Technical writing experience in digital or technology sectors.
Proven portfolio showcasing product-focused writing in accessibility and usability contexts.
Solid understanding of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.
Industry Experience Prior experience in SaaS, technology environments, Cloud technologies, or FinTech is preferred.
