We are currently looking for a

Lead UI Developer

in

Georgia (USA) . This role will lead the design and implementation of the entire presentation layer for a sophisticated enterprise web application. You will focus on crafting visually appealing, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using advanced HTML, CSS, and presentation JavaScript. Collaborating with designers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will influence the evolution of the UI, ensure consistency across the platform, and drive best practices in front-end development. The position offers the opportunity to shape complex enterprise software experiences, mentor other developers, and contribute to the technical vision of a high-performing team. The role emphasizes creativity, technical leadership, and delivering polished user experiences across multiple devices and browsers.

Accountabilities

Own and maintain the presentation HTML for semantic structure, accessibility, and responsive design

Develop and manage scalable CSS architectures, coding standards, and reusable patterns across the platform

Implement advanced presentation JavaScript for UI interactions, animations, and complex layouts

Build and maintain a component-based presentation library for consistent UI elements

Collaborate with UX and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with design vision

Optimize rendering performance and ensure cross-browser visual consistency

Document style guides and maintain best practices for the presentation layer

Requirements

5+ years of specialized experience in presentation layer development for complex web applications

Expert-level CSS skills including Flexbox, Grid, container queries, transitions, animations, and CSS architecture methodologies (BEM, OOCSS, ITCSS)

Advanced presentation HTML knowledge with focus on accessibility and semantic structure

Strong presentation JavaScript skills for DOM manipulation, animations, and UI interactions (separate from application logic)

Experience with cross-browser development, responsive design, and CSS pre/post-processing tools (Sass, Less, Stylus)

Knowledge of modern SPA frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Knockout.js) and component-based architectures

Familiarity with enterprise software interfaces, UI control libraries (Kendo UI, DevExpress), and data-heavy interface patterns

Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and performance optimization techniques

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
