Responsibilities The Senior Financial Analyst – Marketing Finance & Analytics is responsible for providing financial and analytical leadership to the Marketing organization. This role sits within Finance but partners closely with Marketing leadership to deliver clear visibility into spend efficiency, campaign ROI, and the financial impact of strategic initiatives across Digital, TV, and Field (Physician Liaison) channels. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with a data‑first mindset and the ability to translate marketing performance into actionable insights that improve ROI and accountability.
Own the financial reporting and forecasting process for Marketing Volumes and OPEX, including media, agency, production, and field marketing expenses.
Develop monthly variance analyses, budget vs. actual reports, and commentary for inclusion in management and board packages.
Partner with Marketing and FP&A leadership to create accurate monthly forecasts tied to volume, conversion, and ROI outcomes.
Ensure spend aligns with overall financial goals and that investments are justified through performance metrics.
Build and maintain ROI models for digital (Google, Meta, etc.), TV, and Physician Liaison programs, linking spend to patient acquisition and downstream revenue.
Analyze campaign performance by channel, region, and creative, identifying opportunities to reallocate spend to higher‑yield programs.
Partner with BI to automate dashboards that track marketing funnel performance—leads, consults, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Provide analytical support for new campaigns, testing strategies, and vendor negotiations.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
Act as Finance’s point of contact for the Marketing team, ensuring alignment on spend, forecast assumptions, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and FP&A to reconcile campaign spend with patient volume, scheduling data, and procedure revenue.
Work with Physician Liaison leadership to measure ROI of field marketing initiatives and track consult and conversion outcomes by territory.
Support CFO and CMO in preparing performance reviews, KPI updates, and ad‑hoc analysis for executive leadership.
Process Improvement & Governance
Establish standardized reporting for marketing investments, ensuring consistent methodology across all channels.
Improve visibility into marketing performance through data integration and automation using Power BI.
Develop clear ROI frameworks and attribution models that hold teams accountable for measurable business outcomes.
Document assumptions, calculation logic, and reconciliations for transparency and audit readiness.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, Marketing Finance, or Business Analytics, preferably in a multi‑site healthcare or consumer‑driven organization. Must be able to operate under minimal supervision to drive effective outcomes.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROI) and experience tying them to financial outcomes.
Advanced Excel and data modeling skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI a plus.
Strong business partnering and communication skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.
Highly analytical with a continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail.
Highly dependable; able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards for the role.
