Campaign Operations Manager (Account Based Marketing) We’re looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution of our marketing campaigns. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing engine, ensuring multi‑channel campaigns (programmatic, email nurtures, LinkedIn, web chat, direct mail, and more) are delivered with precision, speed, and scale.

You’ll optimize workflows, coordinate across global teams, and make sure every campaign launches on time, on brand, and with measurable impact. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategies—1:1, 1:few, and 1:many—with hands‑on expertise in technologies like Demandbase, Marketo, Salesloft, Drift, and Salesforce.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the full campaign operations lifecycle, from intake and setup through execution, QA, and performance measurement.

Partner with demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, and regional teams to execute campaigns across channels and segments.

Operationalize ABM strategies, ensuring personalization, audience targeting, and channel orchestration.

Manage campaign calendars and workflows to ensure timely, efficient launches.

Maintain systems for audience segmentation, lead flow, tagging, UTM tracking, and attribution.

Collaborate with analytics and marketing ops to deliver reporting and actionable insights.

Troubleshoot execution issues and remove bottlenecks quickly.

Maintain documentation, process guidelines, and operational playbooks.

Continuously improve campaign processes for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years in campaign operations, marketing operations, or integrated marketing in a B2B enterprise environment.

Proven success executing ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many approaches.

Proficiency with Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft, and Drift.

Strong understanding of multi‑channel campaign orchestration and automation.

Highly detail‑oriented with a process‑first mindset and strong execution bias.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills across global, cross‑functional teams.

SaaS or technology sector experience preferred.
