Swisslog Healthcare is seeking a Digital Content Manager to develop clear and concise marketing and sales support content, collaborating with Product Management and Marketing Managers according to marketing plans.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on North America marketing strategy and marketing activities for the Swisslog Healthcare portfolio, including brand voice and compliance, social media, events, advertising, public relations, integrated campaigns, collateral, and email marketing.

Work with Product Management and Marketing team members to design content marketing strategies and set short‑term goals.

Execute content marketing initiatives against the marketing plan to achieve business targets.

Work with the design team to produce high‑quality deliverables according to the plan.

Direct internal and external resources in the development of marketing deliverables.

Edit, proofread, and improve content to meet marketing goals and objectives.

Produce high‑quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports, and web copy.

Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with the company’s tone and mission.

Write clean, concise, well‑polished copy.

Edit content, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, collaborating on assigned projects, and overseeing development and copy‑editing prior to publishing.

Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports and dashboards leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and social media analytics tools.

Build and maintain an editorial calendar and written guidelines.

Maintain brand standards.

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar.

Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communication strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently.

Interact with content specialists, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content and ensure consistent message.

Push the business to adopt better content creation practices, thought leadership strategies and co‑branded partner materials.

Frequently test new content formats and distribution channels, including formal A/B testing and Champion/Challenger tactics.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in integrated marketing communications, preferably in healthcare.

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, journalism or a relevant field.

Superb writing skills with experience writing blogs, articles, white papers, press releases, case studies, and email marketing campaigns.

Proven success in developing content for a well‑educated, solutions‑oriented audience.

High‑energy, self‑starting individual who will thrive in a team environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare market and hospital operations.

Project management skills and attention to detail.

Strong customer focus and ability to be an influencer, both internally and externally.

Hands‑on experience in social media platforms.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications and Content Management Software.

Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic environment with multiple projects under tight deadlines simultaneously.

Desirable but not Essential

Work experience as a clinician or allied health professional in a hospital setting.

Salary and Benefits $76,000 – $90,000 per annum; commensurate with experience and skillset. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical/dental/vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability coverage, and 401(k) matching up to 8%.
