Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a UX Designer. They’re reimagining how our internal and enterprise platforms deliver value, scalability, and efficiency for teams around the world. The UX Designer will help design intuitive, consistent, and user-centered experiences for enterprise portals – big security and data-focused tools used by tens of thousands of customers and employees.
The role involves partnering with developers and product managers to turn complex, high-impact problems into clear, intuitive experiences that scale across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design user experiences for enterprise web portals and internal tools, focusing on clarity, usability, and consistency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers and product managers to ensure design intent is carried through implementation.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, leveraging design systems and established visual guidelines.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate for continuous improvement.
Contribute to and maintain design systems to promote scalability and a unified design language across teams.
Present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders, explaining rationale and integrating feedback.
Qualifications
4+ years of professional UX design experience, ideally within enterprise portals, internal platforms, or B2B web applications.
Proficiency in Figma, including design system creation, prototyping, and responsive layouts.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with developers and technical teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A portfolio demonstrating user-focused, scalable UX design work for complex systems.
Nice to Have
Experience designing responsive web applications or role-based enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Experience conducting user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
