What You’ll Do

Define how CoreWeave connects innovation to outcomes—translating complex technology into compelling, customer‑ready stories.

Lead partner marketing programs with hardware, software, and AI ecosystem partners, develop industry‑specific go‑to‑market strategies, and elevate customer proof that showcases measurable success.

Shaping GTM frameworks while diving deep into messaging, enablement, and customer storytelling.

Industry & Solutions Marketing

Develop and execute an integrated solutions marketing strategy that articulates CoreWeave’s value across key industries (enterprise AI, research, media, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing).

Translate technical capabilities into industry‑specific solutions, use cases, and ROI narratives that resonate with both business and technical decision‑makers.

Partner with product management, sales, and GTM teams to align solution positioning with customer needs and competitive differentiation.

Create scalable frameworks for industry messaging, field enablement, and campaign alignment. Represent CoreWeave at industry events, panels, and media engagements as a thought leader in AI cloud adoption.

Partner Marketing

Collaborate with strategic partners (hardware, software, and AI ecosystem leaders) to develop and execute joint GTM campaigns.

Manage co‑marketing programs—from announcement coordination and content development to joint events and digital campaigns.

Build templates, toolkits, and frameworks that scale partner enablement and storytelling.

Work with sales and alliances to ensure joint value propositions and partner narratives are consistent and compelling.

Measure partner campaign performance and continuously optimize based on results.

Sales Enablement

Partner strategically with sales leadership to identify high‑value market opportunities and develop intelligence‑driven enablement programs that accelerate deal velocity, increase win rates, and drive revenue growth.

Create and optimize comprehensive sales assets, including competitive battle cards, value‑based presentations, customer proof points, and market intelligence frameworks that ensure consistent, compelling positioning across sales cycles.

Design and deliver strategic training programs that transform sales teams into market experts equipped with real‑time insights, differentiated messaging, and customer success narratives that close deals faster.

Customer Evidence Creation

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to gather data and insights that highlight customer success and ROI aligned to industry use cases.

Work to proactively highlight technical differentiation in customer experience and related industry impact.

Promote customer stories through various channels, including analyst reports, blogs, website, webinars, industry events, and social amplification.

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of strategists, partner marketers, and content creators to execute integrated solution campaigns.

Establish strong collaboration with product, sales, and alliances leadership to ensure consistent GTM alignment.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing market and customer insights that inform strategic decision‑making.

Drive operational rigor in planning, measurement, and reporting of program effectiveness across partner and industry initiatives.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in solutions marketing, partner marketing, or industry marketing, ideally within cloud, AI/ML, or enterprise technology.

Proven track record developing joint GTM programs and industry solution strategies that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.

Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.

Strong understanding of AI/ML workloads, cloud infrastructure, and partner ecosystems (hardware, ISVs, integrators).

Experience managing customer advocacy and evidence programs that showcase measurable ROI.

Executive presence and ability to collaborate effectively with internal leaders, customers, and external partners.

Excellent project management and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or a technical field.

Background in accelerated computing, open source ecosystems, or AI infrastructure partnerships.

Experience leading and scaling global marketing programs in high‑growth environments.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $180,000 – $264,000 (depending on experience and location). The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, CoreWeave offers a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
