Opportunity Overview
Position based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This is a 4‑month contract assignment (W‑2). The role involves gathering information from team members and subject‑matter experts, documenting processes and standards, and transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content. You will collaborate with teams to share knowledge and support internal communications initiatives.
Your Day‑to‑Day
Meet with team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to collect information and document business processes and best practices.
Develop concise, easy‑to‑understand documentation that enhances the department’s knowledge base.
Tailor content to match the audience and goals.
Create and edit articles highlighting team accomplishments and projects, based on interviews and gathered insights.
Apply appropriate taxonomy and metadata to organize content and ensure consistency.
Help achieve team goals by producing content that inspires engagement, awareness, participation, and knowledge sharing.
Design professional graphics, visuals, and infographics to support documentation and articles.
Create content for internal social media channels, digital signage, and other internal communications platforms.
Develop short videos and visual assets to promote important messages and projects.
Ensure all visuals follow the brand, style guide, and graphic specifications.
Use design tools such as Figma or similar.
Collaborate with teams to promote knowledge sharing and awareness of departmental projects.
Coordinate and support internal events and campaigns that promote learning, engagement, and collaboration.
Work within tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage tasks, track progress, and maintain documentation.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience creating written and visual content for internal communications, documentation, marketing, or knowledge‑sharing purposes.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
