Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications, Aerospace Group Eaton’s AER Aerospace Group division is currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications, Aerospace Group. This is a fully remote role with up to 25% travel required.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You’ll Do

Develop the segment positioning, integrated marketing strategy and associated demand generation activities for the Aerospace segment.

Collaborate with commercial leaders, business units, sales, and strategy and technology leaders to design and develop integrated marcom campaigns.

Create engaging omni‑channel content and campaigns to position Eaton as a thought leader and preferred aerospace supplier, driving measurable improvements in customer awareness, consideration, and demand generation.

Collaborate across regions and business units to develop campaign strategies and effective content, prioritizing resources to support strategic initiatives.

Lead development of segment and product/market focused message maps, audience engagement strategy, campaign content, and measurable success metrics.

Optimize campaigns based on engagement data, competitive benchmarking, and constant collaboration with sales and business units.

Coordinate with the enterprise global marketing communications organization and lead the coordination of corporate resources, external vendors, and brand standards to support a consistent Eaton image.

Manage budget, including profit plan prioritization, negotiate external contracts, and balance internal/external resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (required).

Minimum 10 years of marketing communications and/or product management experience.

This position requires access to export‑controlled information. Applicant must be a U.S. person (citizen, green‑card holder, refugee, or asylee) and able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Experience designing and implementing effective strategic marketing communications campaigns with measurable impact in the aerospace industry.

Strategic communication planning skills: define objectives aligned with business objectives, analyze information, and adjust strategy.

Ability to synthesize complex information, understand audience needs, define messages, generate effective content, create and edit copy, and deliver effective presentations.

Demonstrated ability to lead in a complex, matrixed environment and manage competing priorities in alignment with strategy.

Position Criteria

Proven experience in designing and implementing effective strategic marketing communications campaigns with measurable impact in the aerospace industry.

Strategic communications planning skills aligned with business objectives.

Ability to synthesize complex information and produce compelling content.

Up to 25% travel required.
