About the Opportunity

As a Managing Marketing Director with StrataVisor Partners, you will operate with the autonomy of a business owner, the strategic authority of a director, and the backing of a professional consultancy platform. You’ll have the freedom to build your own client portfolio, while also benefiting from the firm’s internal marketing efforts that actively generate new client opportunities for you. In this role, you move far beyond traditional social media management or task-based responsibilities. You become the strategic face, voice, and architect of your clients’ marketing presence — from how they appear on Instagram and TikTok to how they rank on Google to how customers perceive their brand through reviews, search listings, and local reputation. Role Overview

As a Managing Marketing Director, you will serve as both a strategist and a doer — someone who can conceptualize big-picture frameworks while also executing the creative and technical work that brings those strategies to life. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership

Developing comprehensive digital marketing frameworks tailored to each client’s industry, goals, and customer behavior Leading brand transformation initiatives to strengthen credibility, trust, and consistency Acting as the primary marketing advisor and point of contact for clients across all channels Social Media Direction

Designing, scheduling, and managing multi-platform content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Crafting high-impact visuals, captions, and content sequences that enhance engagement and visibility Monitoring analytics and using performance data to strengthen content direction and effectiveness Brand Reputation & Visibility

Managing reviews, public feedback, and online sentiment across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms Enhancing brand trust through strategic messaging, positioning, and customer engagement Protecting clients by identifying reputational risks early and addressing them proactively Website & SEO Oversight

Leading website redesign initiatives and content improvements Conducting SEO audits, keyword research, metadata refinement, and content optimization Advising on Google optimization strategies that improve local discovery, rankings, and click-through rates Tracking metrics across platforms Reporting insights to clients and translating findings into actionable recommendations Refining campaigns for long-term growth, retention, and revenue impact Who Excels in This Role
