Mercier Consultancy is seeking a proactive German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Digital Marketing & SEO Solutions Department for one of our clients. In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our digital marketing services and SEO solutions. Your fluency in German will be essential as you engage with clients to address their questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on optimizing their online presence. As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in building strong relationships with clients and fostering their success in the digital landscape.
