Responsibilities

Greet every guest with hospitality and respect Present the best repair solutions in an understandable manner Manage the store’s workflow efficiently Sell services honestly and effectively Maintain a positive attitude and team environment Communicate clearly on the phone Build long-term relationships with customers Coordinate customer service activities Shuttle guests as needed in CBA vehicles Ensure repairs meet specifications Collaborate with team members and assist as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

Acceptable driving record Proficiency in Windows and automotive software Experience in automotive customer service or service advising Physical Requirements

Dependability for Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm schedule Stand, walk, and coordinate parts during workday Occasionally lift objects over 50 lbs. Work efficiently in a high-volume environment Additional Information
