Seasonal position (Seasonal work involved temporary employment tied to specific times of the year).

Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209

Pay: $16 per hour

Start Date: End of November and beginning of December, with positions available throughout the season.

Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Inspect each dish for accuracy, presentation, and portion size before it leaves the kitchen.

Prioritize tickets/orders and keep track of multiple tables/orders at once.

Ensure food safety standards are maintained during handling and plating.

Communicate with servers about any changes, delays, or special requests.

Assist with garnishing and final touches on dishes when needed.

Maintain a clean and organized expo station.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, preferably as an expeditor or another kitchen/front‑of‑house role.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen operations.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs if needed.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
