Warehouse Coordinator and Fulfillment
The position of warehouse coordinator is a vital role within our company. The warehouse coordinator manages the flow of inventory, ensuring that products arrive, are stored, and are dispatched efficiently. The candidate must exhibit exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills with both office and field personnel, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities and Job Requirements
Order and stock materials.
Inspect deliveries for quality, quantity and accuracy.
Track inventory daily and review/update quarterly inventory records.
Disburse inventory to technicians and keep the warehouse clean and free of hazards.
Present all paperwork to accounting and license/register all company vehicles.
Schedule vehicle maintenance (oil change, tires, etc.) in coordination with the office manager.
Perform physical truck inventories at least twice a year.
Build and license technician bins and check in/out tools while monitoring maintenance and repairs.
Negotiate to obtain the most economical price on all inventory items.
Deliver equipment when necessary.
Maintain good working knowledge of equipment sold and serviced.
Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 70 pounds.
Must possess good organizational skills.
Must be capable of multitasking and working independently.
Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures.
Must be willing to stand for long periods and work 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with a ½ meal break.
Other duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to perform as a team player.
Conflict resolution and vendor management experience are a plus.
Salary and Work Hours
Full‑time, hourly position.
Hourly pay range: $18.00 – $25.00.
Daily hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with a ½ meal break.
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Drug/Alcohol Testing and Motor Vehicle Screening
Performed prior to employment and at random times during employment with no advanced knowledge.
If the position includes access to a company vehicle, motor vehicle checks will also be performed.
