E‑Commerce & Social Media Associate Location:

Andover, MA

Employment Type:

Part‑time (on‑site)

Responsibilities

Taking photos of clothing

Editing photos for social media and website products

Measuring clothing

Navigating Dropbox

Assisting with the Chic influencer program

Required to work 1‑2 weekend shifts (mostly Saturday) per month

Creating captions with current hashtags for social media posts

Responding to social media messages regarding website/video items/general inquiries

Packaging items from e‑commerce sales

Assisting on the sales floor as needed

Occasionally assisting with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

Knowledgeable in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Excellent writing, research, and communication skills, with attention to detail

Familiarity with photography is a plus

Ability to learn new software applications and online tools

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
