Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world. In the role of Design Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
Evaluating, selecting, and applying architectural techniques, procedures, and modifications to architectural construction documents. Performing architectural assignments with general instructions from the Project Architect or Project Manager regarding expected results. Collaborating directly with owners/clients to select and recommend procedures. Writing specifications on architectural matters and conducting code reviews. Assisting Project Architects, other Architectural Project Coordinators, or Technicians as needed, and taking responsibility for work in all phases of the architectural process. Performing additional duties as required. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Architecture. Experience in healthcare, educational, civic, science, and research facilities. Interest and experience in sustainable design/LEED. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and 3-D Studio Max. Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field. Credentials to obtain future registration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). Desire to pursue growth opportunities and obtain registration. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and processes. Demonstrated graphic presentation skills. Commitment to our employee-owned culture. Our Values and Commitment
