Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. Strategically, you’ll drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best‑in‑class customer service, oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency across all store processes. You’ll use your creative expertise to refresh floorsets, provide styling recommendations and deepen product knowledge, while leading talent initiatives from recruiting and training to engagement and development. You’re expected to bring your best selves every day. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, our Assistant Managers build upon an initial foundation and have opportunities to grow into future leaders of the store organization.
