Wildflower Farms, Auberge Resorts Collection . The Communications Operator is a vital member of the guest services team, handling outside calls, guest room requests, and internal communications. Responsibilities include managing phone systems, providing information about hotel services, taking messages, handling guest issues professionally, and maintaining equipment and records. Core Responsibilities Answer and respond to telephone calls professionally. Manage all incoming and outgoing calls at the front desk. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and services. Handle wakeup call requests and deliver messages appropriately. Address guest issues and coordinate with team members or managers. Maintain records of guest requests and issues. Familiarize with hotel services, departments, and terminology. Handle telephone equipment properly and keep the area clean. Know departmental extension numbers and emergency contacts. Build good relationships with other departments. Pay Rate:
$20/hour Qualifications Experience with communication systems, luxury hotel experience preferred. Ability to anticipate guest needs and multitask. Knowledge of communication management systems. Computer skills, especially Google documents. Strong organization and communication skills. Reliability, diligence, and attention to detail. Self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to lead by example.
