Associate Director of Marketing, Therapeutic Dermatology
Apply to join Galderma as an Associate Director of Marketing, Therapeutic Dermatology. This key role reports to the Executive Director, HCP Engagement and Strategy, and drives brand marketing efforts for the Rx Inline business and the NEMLUVIO product line. Base Pay Range
$185,000.00/yr – $225,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy and tactical plans to ensure short‑term and long‑term success of the brand. Create and deliver branded campaign assets, programs, and tactics to address business opportunities and resolve barriers. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure strategic alignment of brand initiatives. Partner with sales and sales training to co‑create relevant trainings and upskilling sessions for field teams. Monitor, analyze, and interpret market trends, competition, and product performance; communicate insights and strategic recommendations. Manage key agency partners and lead projects through the material approval process. Plan and attend key scientific congresses, securing promotional presence (e.g., booth assets, product theaters, and distribution of promotional material). Lead the annual business planning process for the brand. Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business‑related or life sciences field. 5+ years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or consulting, with HCP marketing experience required. Preferred dermatology marketing experience and a proven track record of commercial success in progressive roles. Extensive knowledge of medical, regulatory, and legal review processes in the U.S. Strong people‑management skills and a proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners and external agencies. Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills. Proactive, results‑oriented, self‑starter; adaptability, resilience, and tenacity. Proficiency in English and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Availability to travel >20% of the time. Compensation and Benefits
