We are looking for a Design Operations Coordinator to support the Design Department by maintaining accurate and up-to-date Tech Pack data in Centric PLM. This role requires strong proficiency in managing product information within the system and coordinating the distribution of assets to ensure production timelines are met.
Responsibilities
Serve as the point person for all Design Operations tasks within Centric PLM, ensuring accurate and timely updates across Tech Packs, trim libraries, and system data.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Tech Packs and Centric PLM data to support bulk production timelines.
Own finalizing and distributing Tech Packs and product-related assets to vendors.
Ensure alignment between Tech Packs, line plans, and buy sheets through regular auditing.
Oversee garment label approvals in Air Table and make updates in Tech Packs.
Coordinate daily communication with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors.
Track projects and deliverables using Air table and maintain all related trackers.
Supervise and support the Design Operations Assistant.
Ensure deadlines are met and support on-time production readiness and adhere to corporate calendar dates.
Maintain and regularly update bulk Tech Packs in Centric.
Audit Tech Packs for accuracy against line plans and buy sheets.
Maintain and organize the trim library within Centric.
Manage garment label comments and approvals with vendors.
Track and update deliverable status in designated trackers using Air Table
Enter and update data in PLM and internal systems.
Communicate daily with internal cross-functional partners and external vendors.
Manage NRFs for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
4-5 years of relevant experience
Must have knowledge of and be comfortable using Centric or PLM, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft 365.
Experience in intimate apparel industry is a plus but not required
Experience in Air Table or other data management system is a plus but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be analytical, detail-oriented, team player, flexible, and organized
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task
Annual salary starting at $65,000.
