Position Summary The ideal candidate has a strong sales mentality, organizational and interpersonal skills, and a customer focus. This is an IN‑OFFICE position.
Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements, and answers to all questions.
Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk.
Seek new clients, generate prospect lists, and develop clientele through networking and marketing. Work with the office manager to create marketing strategies.
Perform administrative tasks, manage policy renewals, and contact underwriting to complete policies.
Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
Position Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
Customer Service or Insurance Sales experience (preferred, not required).
Spanish/English bilingual (preferred, not required).
Valid California Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License (highly preferred).
Reliable transportation for daily marketing.
Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal/no supervision and learn company software quickly.
Complete continuing education courses (paid by A‑MAX) as required to maintain active license status with CDI.
