Job Title: Heart of House Hero (Expeditor)

Responsibilities: Ensure all food orders are prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with guest special requests and company recipes. Communicate with the service and fellow Heart of House Heroes to expedite all food deliveries to to-go, dining room, and bar areas. Provide our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints. Ensure guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of food products. Support the Heart of House team by expediting the service of all dining rooms, bars, and to-go orders. Optimize the Heart of the House by efficiently maintaining the flow of service while controlling costs and waste. Abide by all food safety practices. Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation): Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law. Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds. Good hearing for safety and accurate communication. Must be able to read, write, and speak in English. Must have reliable transportation. Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
