Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds Good hearing for safety and accurate communication Must be able to read, write and speak in English Must have reliable transportation Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills Seniority level
