The Product Marketing Manager will execute growth strategies for key skincare brands such as SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse. The role involves cross‑department collaboration to support brand awareness, adoption, and consumer engagement. Base Pay Range
$106,500.00 – $202,500.00 per year Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans and promotions for the U.S. across integrated channels. Measure and report on brand KPIs to ensure initiatives meet or exceed delivery goals, increasing ROI and revenue. Manage budgets and production forecasts for brand and commercial launches. Support the director in building customer‑focused cross‑functional relationships with sales, marketing, business development, finance, legal, and clinical teams. Execute brand initiatives across distribution channels (physician, salon/spa, digital) and ensure alignment with the integrated communication platform. Develop differentiated brand concepts consistent with industry trends and the brand’s purpose. Track, measure, and analyze performance of digital advertising and field‑channel promotional campaigns. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, field sales, and key customers to implement marketing initiatives. Build and manage the brand’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Explore new social networks and engage customers through influencer content and seeding programs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (required). 5–7 years of biopharmaceutical, lifestyle, or beauty/CPG industry experience (preferred). 2–3 years of marketing (brand or product management) experience. Strong analytics and overall business acumen. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. Benefits
