Hello and welcome to DAYBREAKER! We are a global morning dance community of 1M+ and growing and we wake up and dance in iconic locations around the world. We are a Brooklyn-based family led by three best friends, focused on kindness, service, optimism and joy, and we aim to help people dance, play, connect, and express themselves especially post pandemic. We are the original coffee party and our bread and butter is morning dance and wellness events in iconic spaces around the globe. We are substance-free and reimagining how humans socialize in the morning without alcohol or drugs. We are experience designers, creatives, storytellers and community Architects with a results-oriented team building a lasting movement that supports local communities for years to come. THE ROLE: As a Daybreaker Event Producer & Community Architect, you are the face of Daybreaker in your city. You will build an engaged community, produce mind-blowing experiences, and promote events to relevant audiences. You will be supported by the Daybreaker HQ team with coaching and training, and provided with a framework to produce events, grow your community, and uphold the global brand. You will bring hustle, passion, and creative zeal to create unique experiences that participants will love. You will be responsible for finding venues, sourcing talent and performers, cultivating a volunteer production team, coordinating with vendors and sponsors, creating local partnerships, and producing monthly events. Marketing, communications, operations, branding, sponsorship, financing, and PR support will be provided so you can concentrate on creating unforgettable experiences. Responsibilities

An entrepreneurial mindset and independent, organized self-starter approach Several years of large-scale event production experience A strong network of influencers, creatives, doers, and people who say YES to amazing experiences Phenomenal community-building background and ability to organize people Cultural savvy in your city and familiarity with the local arts and music scene A flexible schedule A big heart, a clear mind, and a passion for surprising and delighting audiences Ideally, a Burning Man participant (not required) Benefits
