About the Role As a Promotions Representative at our Omaha location, you’ll help bring our casino’s promotions and special events to life. You’ll support planning and execution, assist guests, coordinate event logistics, award prizes, and make sure each activation feels professional, welcoming, and fun.
What You’ll Do
Execute public and private promotions and events; assist participating guests and keep operations running smoothly.
Set up, stage, stock, and break down event areas (collateral, signage, banners, décor, audio announcements).
Transport, set up, and take down promotional equipment as needed.
Maintain organized prize inventory and handle prize awarding during events.
Follow the marketing & promotions calendar and meet timelines.
Deliver exceptional guest service throughout all promotions and events.
Support additional tasks as assigned to ensure seamless activations.
Qualifications
Must be 19 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of guest service experience; gaming experience preferred.
Basic understanding of marketing programs or a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to lift, carry, and transport promotional equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Collaborative teammate comfortable working across departments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Licenses & Certifications
Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
Valid driver’s license.
This position is not responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages and does not have comp authority.
Schedule & Work Hours Hospitality is dynamic. You must be able to work a varying, on-call schedule (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) based on event needs.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Frequent movement throughout the property; standing and walking during events.
Set-up/tear-down work that may require lifting and moving event equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Possible exposure to loud noise, lighting effects, secondhand smoke, and variable temperatures when moving between indoor and outdoor areas.
Role requires clear verbal and written communication and strong guest-facing presence.
