The company values creativity, excellence, and customer-centered service. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Englewood, FL for a Kitchen and Bath Designer. The role involves designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bathroom spaces, providing exceptional customer service during consultations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Kitchen and Bath Designer will work closely with clients to understand their needs, create design layouts, and collaborate with team members to bring these designs to life. The designer is responsible for field measurements and following the job through the order and installation process. Qualifications Proficiency in 2020 Design Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication Experience in Sales and a proven ability to interact with customers effectively Knowledge of Cabinetry design, materials, and installation best practices Creativity and attention to detail in designing customized solutions Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in design or related fields are a plus Seniority Level
