Position Summary CORE Construction is seeking a Marketing Professional for our Mountain West division. This role reports directly to the Mountain West Director of Marketing, and works closely with regional leadership and the Business Development team to promote our brand, communicate our mission, capabilities, and strengths to clients, and to continuously find new ways to serve our clients. The primary function of this position is to implement strategic pursuits and lead in the creation and production of editorial-quality proposals, presentations, deliverables, and top‑nortage events. This role requires a candidate with exceptional leadership, organizational, verbal, graphical, and written communication skills, along with the ability to multitask, often while working under tight deadlines. This person demonstrates servant leadership, enjoys being busy, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This position will work out of the CORE office in Boise, Idaho.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and submit proposals and presentations using Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint.
Collaborate and lead internal teams to gather content, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Assist with event/conference logistics and the development and dissemination of promotional materials.
Draft and edit written content for marketing collateral and digital channels.
Maintain organized project files and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to ongoing marketing initiatives.
Portfolio Requirement Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing strong examples of their work that demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. Ideal submissions will highlight experience in developing high‑quality proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and events—particularly work that reflects brand storytelling, visual communication, and client engagement. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design/Digital Media, Business, Communications, or related field (required).
2–3+ years of marketing experience (required).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing applied design skills (required).
Experience in A/E/C industry proposals is highly preferred.
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office Suite.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Other Requirements
Must be able to work on‑site in Boise, ID five days per week.
Willingness to travel as needed for events and team support.
Comfortable working under pressure and balancing multiple concurrent deadlines.
