Director of Marketing at Kirlin Lighting
The Marketing & Creative Coordinator supports Kirlin’s marketing department by coordinating creative projects, managing timelines, and producing engaging content that reflects Kirlin’s technical expertise and design leadership. This role bridges marketing, engineering, and sales, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and execution across all platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity, organization, and a strong understanding of both technical and visual communication to help elevate Kirlin’s brand presence across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Content
Support creation of marketing materials, including brochures, spec sheets, case studies, and presentations.
Maintain consistent voice, visuals, and tone across all platforms and product lines.
Assist with photo and video shoots, including on-camera, post-production, and content organization.
Update product and brand assets on the Kirlin website and internal libraries.
Project Coordination
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and vendor communications for marketing initiatives.
Support trade shows, webinars, and product launches by coordinating across marketing, engineering, and sales.
Track progress of creative and digital assets from concept through completion.
Help manage marketing calendars, requests, and departmental priorities.
Digital Marketing
Update and maintain website content, product listings, and digital collateral.
Assist with email marketing, analytics tracking, and CRM coordination.
Support social media planning, scheduling, and content creation.
Research & Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, design trends, and healthcare lighting market shifts.
Collect and report analytics, engagement data, and campaign performance metrics.
Record key project opportunities and leads in Salesforce or related tools.
Collaboration
Partner with engineering to align visuals, specs, and messaging.
Coordinate with external design agencies, photographers, and printers to ensure brand consistency.
Support alignment between marketing, sales, and product documentation efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field.
3+ years of marketing or creative experience, ideally in a technical or B2B environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
Experience with digital marketing tools (Hootsuite, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of lighting, architecture, or construction industries a plus.
