Hybrid Work Policy Klipboard offers a flexible hybrid work policy: three days in the office and two days working from home.

Role Overview The Marketing Enablement Manager plays a critical role in strengthening Klipboard’s global marketing organization. The position is responsible for ensuring that our teams are fully equipped to adopt and apply marketing technologies, CRM processes, and best practices effectively. A key aspect of the role is designing and delivering engaging training that makes complex concepts easy to understand and retain, enabling our marketing professionals across global offices to work consistently, confidently, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and maintain training programs that make marketing technology, CRM processes, and best practices clear, engaging, and easy to adopt.

Lead structured onboarding for new team members and provide ongoing development opportunities for existing staff across all global offices.

Ensure consistent adoption of marketing processes, systems, and compliance requirements, supporting smooth rollout of new initiatives.

Act as the subject‑matter expert for HubSpot and related tools, ensuring the marketing team maximizes their value and usage.

Develop accessible resources (guides, playbooks, FAQs) to support day‑to‑day learning and promote self‑sufficiency across the team.

Work closely with Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, and regional leads to align training, processes, and performance expectations.

Gather feedback from marketing teams, track enablement impact, and refine programs to ensure training remains relevant, effective, and scalable.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Forward‑thinking and solutions‑oriented with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and proactively resolve issues.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience supporting and training diverse teams in a clear, engaging, and approachable way.

High level of digital literacy, including general IT proficiency and hands‑on experience with marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, DemandBase, or similar platforms).

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage, interpret, and simplify large datasets for practical business use.

Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust across regions and functions.

Balanced approach – confident and assertive when needed, while maintaining flexibility, empathy, and a positive, engaging style that makes learning stick.

Solid understanding of marketing and sales processes, including lead management, campaign execution, and performance measurement.

Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices in data governance.

Highly organized and adaptable, with strong multitasking skills and the ability to deliver under deadlines in a fast‑moving global environment.
