Job Summary The Associate Manager, Global Integrated Communications works closely with the Sr. Manager, Global Communications to communicate Drunk Elephant’s unique skin philosophy within the Creator, Consumer and Press communities. This position is an integral member of the Drunk Elephant Global Communications team and will provide strong support to the international markets and cross‑functional teams.
What You Will Do Brand Communications
Support global brand 360 Integrated Communications strategy development
Oversee founder calendar and requests, including in‑market visits, personal appearances, interviews
Liaise with external agencies to mitigate risk and ensure all creator partners meet brand codes and expectations
Support regionally relevant partnerships in collaboration with Global Business Development, Global Marketing, and Social Digital teams
Activations, Experiences & Events
Support execution of global/regional experiences
Liaise with regional teams and global creative to execute local market events/experiences; ensure all brand guidelines are respected and adhered to
Initiate competitive analysis surrounding events and activations to stay current and innovative
Forecast and manage product inventory for all key activations led by global brand holder
Creator & Media Relations
Manage special packaging in partnership with global creative and creative operations for organic seeding for A+ launches
Partner with regional teams to create seeding calendar that includes consistent programming throughout the year
Oversee seeding forecast to ensure community expansion YoY
Develop dynamic and engaging paid creator briefs for A+ launches; distribute to regional teams
Budget
Lead billback and cost approval process with regional teams and creative operations
Reporting
Coordinate and oversee monthly reporting from regional teams
Oversee monthly report issued to senior leadership with highlights and key learningsInitiate competitive analysis based on monthly Tribe and Wearisma reports for key markets
Create and oversee award tracker for global beauty award wins
Help establish KPIs for new product launches and new market launches
Admin
Maintain and update all databases/spreadsheets (contact list, interview requests, etc.)
Administer market call agendas and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly conference calls
Forecast for all launches, events, and global programming with the demand planning team
Coordinate all product orders and maintain international product closet
You will perform other duties as assigned
Who You Are
3+ years of Global Communications experience – internal or agency
Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Strong understanding of beauty and cosmetics industry
Ability to develop and manage plans and budgets
Strong technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint
High level of creativity; excellent writing and presentation skills
Team player, with advanced organization skills and attention to detail
Ability or desire to understand the international marketplace including trends and cultural behaviors
Interest or experience with international/global influencers
Well‑versed in the dynamic digital landscape
Adept in creative problem‑solving, extremely resourceful and proactive
Proficient in utilizing industry‑standard measurement and analytic tools including Launchmetrics, Tribe Dynamics, Creator IQ and/or Wearisma to track performance, evaluate influencer impact, and optimize campaign strategies

Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job‑specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience.
