Role Overview The Graphic Design Manager works with internal teams and creative agencies to develop visually compelling assets that elevate Thom Browne’s brand identity.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and enforce design guidelines in collaboration with the Global Brand Image Director
Oversee the end-to-end design process—from concept through production and post-production—for digital (web, email, digital look books, social media grids, e-commerce assets), print (packaging, marketing collateral, look books, OOH), and fashion show/event visual communication
Partner with Brand Image on creative execution, developing photo composites, graphic layouts, and campaign mockups while ensuring cropping and color consistency across all channels
Collaborate with Brand Content, project managers, and Creative Services to review final images for web, oversee OOH selections and validations, coordinate design production, and ensure all visual communications meet quality, timeline, and 360 business needs
Create mockups, proofs of concept, renders, and final designs that uphold visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to conceptualize and execute integrated creative campaigns, providing art direction and insights to maintain cohesive messaging
Maintain and organize digital design libraries in Figma and on the DAM, updating decks and guidelines as needed
Stay current on emerging design trends, technologies, and market innovations
Ideal Candidate
4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related creative field
Well-versed in Figma and advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
Experience developing creative assets across digital, print, and out-of-home channels
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating creative direction into refined, brand-elevating design solutions
What We Offer You
Competitive compensation. Salary range is $90,000 – $105,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
