Videographer (Coordinator, Video Production & Post‑Production)

The Videographer is responsible for executing video capture and post‑production activities across various channels and end uses. This role focuses primarily on short‑form and ambient motion content for web and social platforms but may also support additional video projects as assigned. The Videographer will work closely with the Manager, Video Production & Post‑Production to ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative and technical standards.

Responsibilities

Execute video capture and post‑production tasks as assigned.

Manage and organize creative assets, project files, and design deliverables to ensure accurate, timely, and high‑quality outputs.

Collaborate with creative teams to recommend optimal approaches for video capture, editing, and delivery that align with the project’s vision.

Lead on‑site video shoots for short‑form content, utilizing expertise in camera operation, lighting, and audio for professional results.

Edit footage for final delivery, incorporating content from internal teams and external vendors as needed.

Apply strong working knowledge of editing, color grading, motion graphics, and other post‑production tools to produce polished results.

Perform quality checks throughout production and post‑production to ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards.

Package and release final deliverables to internal and external partners.

Archive all completed files and maintain asset metadata according to established standards.

Qualifications & Experience

1–2 years of experience in a fast‑paced corporate or agency environment (2–3 years preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Broadcast, Photography, Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite required.

Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve preferred.

Working knowledge of camera operation, set lighting, audio recording, video/audio monitoring, and color correction preferred.

Experience with RED camera systems a plus.

Ability to adapt quickly in a deadline‑driven, collaborative environment.

Experience leading or managing video projects in a creative setting is beneficial.

Additional Details

Shoot Days: On set all day; requires extended periods of standing and physical activity.

Post‑Production: Hybrid; collaborative work with cross‑functional partners on deliverables.

Type: Contract role with potential for extension and conversion to full‑time, contingent on headcount and performance.

Experience Level: 1–2 years required; 2–3 years preferred.
