Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales growth for our residential construction business. This role combines creative and analytical skills to manage online campaigns, maintain strong digital presence, and effectively communicate the company's value to homeowners, developers, and real estate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Manage SEO and SEM strategies to drive qualified web traffic and improve search visibility.
Create and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for lead generation.
Collaborate with Graphic Designer and team to produce engaging digital content.
Manage social media channels and community engagement to build brand trust and authority.
Develop and implement digital strategies.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including promotions and automated drip sequences.
Overall website updates and maintenance, ensuring accurate and compelling content related to residential construction services and projects.
Use data insights to recommend and implement improvements.
Assist in developing annual digital marketing plans and budgets.
Utilize analytics tools to gather insights and identify areas of improvement.
Optimize spending to maximize ROI.
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in the real estate or construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
Salary Range
$75,000 to $95,000 based on experience
