Digital Marketing Specialist
Performance Foodservice is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, with a focus on photography, social media, and web design.
Position Summary The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to create and implement effective campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The role requires a creative individual with knowledge of photography and graphic design, working directly with restaurants to enhance digital presence. Frequent travel within the OPCO distribution footprint is required, possibly including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
Capture high‑quality images and videos showcasing restaurant offerings and customer experiences.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
Create engaging content for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Train restaurants and food‑service establishments on digital marketing skills and trends.
Grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram and Google.
Collaborate with clients on basic web design and layout improvements to ensure a seamless user experience.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (sales, customers, internal marketing) to create cohesive strategies.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Capture, Premiere Pro; DSLR or mirrorless photography; professional‑grade gimbal usage.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe suite, Canva, Office 365, and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and technology.
