Your Role We are looking for a

Lifecycle Marketing Manager

(open to

Marketing Automation Manager

or

Email Marketer ) who will take full ownership of our

email, push, and SMS marketing automation

for our B2C apps.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll design and optimize user communication flows, run A/B tests, and leverage automation to maximize engagement, retention, and monetization. We’re seeking someone with a

big ownership mindset , a self-starter who can take initiative, move fast, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

Own and manage

email, push notification, and SMS campaigns

end-to-end.

Build automated user journeys and lifecycle campaigns that engage, retain, and convert.

Conduct

A/B testing

across communication channels to continuously optimize performance.

Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align lifecycle marketing with user needs and business goals.

Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and retention.

Ensure best practices in deliverability, compliance, and personalization.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or email/SMS/push marketing (preferably in app-based businesses).

Proven track record of building and optimizing automated lifecycle campaigns.

Strong understanding of

A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies .

Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, OneSignal, or similar).

Data‑driven and analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and making decisions based on insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

A

big ownership mindset : proactive, self‑motivated, and driven to deliver results.

Nice to Have

Experience working with B2C apps, loyalty programs, or subscription‑based products.

Knowledge of mobile engagement strategies and retention best practices.

Familiarity with SQL or analytics tools for deeper campaign analysis.
