About The Role We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Representative to join our growing team remotely from Tampa, Florida. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Present company products or services clearly and confidently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified appointments or sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM software.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or lead management tools.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
