Conduct keyword research and map high-value opportunities across paid and organic search Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to improve visibility and rankings Design and execute SEO/SEM tests to uncover incremental performance opportunities Analyze search trends, share insights, and inform broader marketing strategy What is Required (Qualifications):
3–5 years in SEO/SEM roles, with experience in both paid and organic search Proven ability to manage and optimize Google Ads accounts Hands‑on experience with SEO keyword research, content briefs, and technical optimization Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and search‑specific reporting tools Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across Paid Media, Brand, and Analytics teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with project management and campaign orchestration tools Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or equivalent Natural curiosity and a data‑driven decision‑making approach Ability to think holistically about growth beyond just acquisition and performance marketing Proven track record of continuous improvement and flexibility in driving transformation We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
