ARS is looking for an experienced, collaborative, and success-driven Marketing Manager to help us win the projects that allow us to connect our community’s past, present, and future. The Marketing Manager will lead a small team of marketing professionals to develop winning proposals and presentations aimed at both new and existing clients.
ARS has nearly doubled its revenue in the last 5 years, but we have stayed nimble, efficient, and true to our small firm culture by adding staff slowly. As such, our marketing department is small, and we’re looking for someone who is unafraid to be both a leader and a doer. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who lives out 2 of our Core Values exceptionally well: Team Player and Strong Work Ethic.
About ARS ARS Engineers, Inc. was founded by Ayub Rehmat Sandhu, who started the company in 1984 to build a better future for the next generation. We provide Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, SUE, and Utility Coordination services throughout the State of Texas.

Location: hybrid position based in Carrollton, TX. Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 + bonus.
Required Qualifications and Requirements
2+ years of experience in the AEC industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, or related field
Experience preparing and managing TxDOT proposals
Strong mentorship and relationship building skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar, punctuation, proofing, and writing abilities
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience in the AEC industry
Experience preparing proposals for civil engineering, survey, SUE, or utility coordination services
Experience preparing proposals for municipalities, transportation departments, transit authorities, or airport clients
Experience in a supervisor or team oversight role
Experience with Joist AI or similar AI enabled proposal/content tools
Experience with LinkedIn marketing campaigns
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage marketing pipeline and marketing budget
Implement and maintain a CRM that optimizes business development and marketing operations
Provide leadership, management, & accountability (LMA)
Manage the proposal process (pre-positioning, go/no-go, proposal writing)
Oversee marketing elements of project closeout process
Support prime/sub data requests to ensure accuracy and completeness
Manage ARS Style Guide and Brand Standards
Manage company submissions for awards (e.g., Zweig Best Firms to Work For, Zweig Hot Firms, ACEC Engineering Excellence)
Oversee and enhance ARS website content
Oversee quality assurance and quality control process for marketing materials and technical documents
Ensure the proposal writing team meets deadlines and delivers on commitments, working with multiple personality types
Lead pursuit-specific planning/strategy meetings and kickoff meetings
