A Day In The Life As a
Field Marketing Manager , you’ll recruit, train, and manage a team of 7–12 reps focused on door‑to‑door outreach. You’ll drive lead generation and ensure appointments are scheduled with qualified homeowners. You’ll be responsible for transporting your team to designated neighborhoods and creating a positive, high‑energy environment that produces results. Your leadership sets the tone for the team’s success and market growth.
Requirements
Outgoing, self‑motivated, and passionate about helping homeowners
Strong communicator and quick thinker, capable of managing a team of 7–12 reps
Minimum 1 year experience in canvassing, political organizing, door‑to‑door sales, or community outreach
Leadership or management experience is a strong plus
Experience in recruiting and hiring team members is highly valued
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Tech‑savvy and confident using iPads and digital tools
Flexible availability: midday, evenings, weekends
Full‑time commitment, up to 50 hours per week when necessary
