Volunteer Graphic Designer – Hedonisia Book Creative Projects
Join the Pre-Volcano Hedonisia Hawaii Eco-Feminist Community as a volunteer graphic designer. Our community, founded in 2004, focuses on ecofeminism, ecotourism, and creative solutions to global challenges.
In 2018, our community was destroyed by lava from the Kilauea eruption. Despite this, we continue our work through virtual collaboration with over five hundred volunteers worldwide.
Responsibilities
Create illustrations, animations, or graphics for our book trilogy, book covers, and website.
Design illustrations for specific projects such as the Sensual Natural Birth Control Calendar, Natural Miscarriage methods, and Communication workshops.
Use graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) or hand drawing/painting skills, and optionally AI image generators (Midjourney, Bing, DALL·E).

NaturalMiscarriage.Hedonisia.com – Illustrations for methods and mobile app.
DPAO.Hedonisia.com – Communication workshops (book cover & website illustrations).
Hedonisia.com – Illustrations for the Hedonisia Book Trilogy (Cougars for World Peace, Warrior WoMan, Talking Sh*t to Sugar).
Qualifications
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software.
Graphic design, painting, or drawing skills.
Experience with hand drawing or painting for scanning and sending to us.
Familiarity with AI image generators (Midjourney, Bing, DALL·E).
Comfort with art and sex‑positive, feminist, or pro‑choice subject matter; if not, choose projects that reflect your sensitivities.
