Trilogy MedWaste This role is part of a dynamic marketing team focused on strengthening brand presence both internally and externally. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to execute campaigns, manage creative workflows, and support digital platforms. Base Pay Range
$55,000.00 /yr – $65,000.00 /yr Primary Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Curate, schedule, and analyze organic content across social platforms. Campaign Collaboration: Plan, execute, and track sales and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Content Updates: Maintain content templates in PowerPoint, Canva, and SharePoint for internal and external communications. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and industry trend research to identify improvement opportunities. Event Support: Coordinate trade shows, partner events, and post‑event follow‑up. Digital Platform Support: Ensure accurate, user‑friendly content on e‑commerce store and compliance software. Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on additional marketing tasks as needed to support team objectives. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role. Excellent organizational, project management, and writing skills. Strong editing and proofreading abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Creative mindset and passion for staying current with industry trends. Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms is a plus. Expected Hours & Travel
Able to work a standard schedule with additional hours as duties demand. Less than 10% domestic travel required; valid driver’s license needed. Work Conditions
Office environment with extended computer use; routine standing and walking. Ability to maintain focus, analyze data, and communicate proficiently. (Physical and environmental demands described are examples; reasonable accommodations may be made.) Other Information
